An entry that is NOT about work

I'm trying to figure something out. Pretty much every day, total strangers engage in conversation with me about the weather. Always, every day, no matter what. Is this a Canadian thing or is it universal? Why do people like to talk about weather so much?

I rode my bike and wore a skirt. Doing both at once is perhaps a bad idea.

I'm not deaf, mistress_gwen. You and Mom seem to forget just how good my hearing is. Your whispers? Not so whispery.

You know, my life is pretty boring. I think I'll take a break for a week and write here again, to see if anything interesting happens...
