A letter to my winter boots
Dec. 7th, 2010 08:43 amDear new winter boots,
I like you, okay? I think it's great that you have a really nice lining and climb up past my ankles. I like that you look tasteful and are still comfy and nice.
But you are hard to walk in. You make it awkward. You may be too big.
So when I tried to wear fluffy socks, instead of making it better, you made it worse - you made the socks slip down to my toes and force me to walk to work with only half-covered feet. Luckily, you are, as said, very warm, so I didn't really mind.
But I do mind the fact that now I have blisters.
So can you please be nicer to me? Please? I like you. But if you keep doing these annoying things, I will stop wearing you. And then you will become useless. You don't want that, do you?
Love,
Your Owner
