yukinoomoniAs you may remember, my sister recently lost her cat. Well, she was able to have her ex-boyfriend loan her the one she raised as a baby with him, so we have another cat at our house.
Her name is Beru, and she is a ginger kid.
In any case, this cat is also a mutant. She's weird. She meows tiny, purrs funny, and hides ALOT. She's been with us for about two weeks now, and she's managed to come out of her shell a bit, but she's still weird.
This morning, as per usual, I woke up to my alarm, turned the light and radio on, and dozed until the weather came on.
From somewhere to my left, from behind closed eyes, I heard a "Mew." I opened my eyes and saw Beru sitting all prim and proper, staring at me, like she KNEW that I was supposed to get up. When I blinked, she started nuzzling my hand and making squeaky noises.
And Nimue was watching from my bed, too. Two weeks ago, Nim's watching would have freaked her out.
The store nextdoor is a petshop, and the owner has a cat as well (another ginger kid. WTF). This cat loves me, too. He stalks me, and rubs his fur all over me (my shirt has the hair as proof), and meows at me.
