elle_white asked me these!
1. If you could either have the power to fly or stop time, which one would you pick?
Fly. Because if I can fly away from my fuck-ups I wouldn't need to stop time. Plus, you know - clouds are awesome.
2. Who is your favourite Avatar lady and why?
It is always, always, a toss-up between Suki and Mai. Always. It varies by day, really.
I love Mai because she is deadpan and emo and yet so incredibly bad-ass that she can take on an entire prison and still come up grinning from it all. She chooses love over anything else, and she stands by a moron like Zuko, which shows great patience and devotion. She is her own woman, and would be just dandy without Zuko (although hurt for a while, surely), and she never defines herself by Zuko, even though she loves him enough to die for him. She's fucking badass.
I love Suki because she is fiery and strong and doesn't take shit from anyone and yet still has moments of true humanity. She's not some fighting machine that fights and doesn't care about anyone - she has a sensitive side that cares just as much. She is also witty as hell, and I love how she casually banters with Sokka and puts up with his shit without batting an eye. She has confidence and cunning, and she is also TOUGH AS MOTHERFUCKING NAILS (SpiderSuki!). I heart her so.
I guess I love the two most hated ladies of Avatar. Go figure.
3. The best season of Slayers?
Guuuuuuuuuuuuh, NEXT. Always NEXT. I will always love Slayers and TRY, but NEXT was my favourite. It's fucking fantastic - it's funny, silly, slapstick, and yet also dark and grim and romantic. And Lina becomes so well-rounded and defined that I just love her to pieces for it. This was, of course, the first season I ever saw, but I never changed my mind after seeing the rest. Go figure.
4. You have the choice of being confined to one city for the rest of your life or being forced to move once a year for the rest of your life. Which do you choose?
Confined to one city! I like roots. I'm a homebody.
5. Favourite Animal?
