After this post, I'm not posting on LJ or visiting it anymore today. I'm tired of the lag, and will come back when things are better. I suspect there's some sort of debugging going on.

I'm still updating over at DW if you're interested, and will update with those posts tomorrow (if things are better).

B-b-but the random outages are what make things exciting! Imagine if livejournal was like FF.net, where the failure of basic functionality is persistent.
