Earth Kingdom, and not just because I dig Suki. I thought about it the other day, and I realised that even though I love ALL of the nations, the Earth Kingdom is definitely where I would be. It just seems to fit for me is all.
2. How did you know you were bisexual?
I've always known that I've found women attractive, but it was confirmed for me when I fell in love with my best girlfriend, a love that only grew over time and cusped when she kissed me. I still love her deeply, but I'm not in love anymore.
3. If you could go back in time, what would you change?
The one thing I would change? Hmm...I think I would have been kinder to my ex-boyfriend and his new lover/wife. I was spiteful and ignorant, rude and unkind. While I don't think we would have stayed friends regardless, at least the death of the friendship would have been gentle, and ot a murder at my hands.
4. If you had the chance to meet Mike and Bryan, what would you say to them?
"I love you guys. Fuck the haters. Thank you for sharing your wonderful world with us and being such good sports and great trolls."
5. What's the perfect setup for Ursa's return?
Unpopular Omoni is unpopular, but I don't think she returns at all x.x

3. Oh God... So many, I love Dragon Ball Z, Buffy, Angel, classic Doctor Who, Dark Angel, Farscape, Escaflowne just to name a few.
4. More than any other supernatural menace (ie vamps, weres, etc) zombies truly signify the end of the world. Did you know an actual study was done on how long we'd have to contain a zombie outbreak? TEN DAYS. Ten days and there it would be too out of control.

Date: 2011-05-07 10:02 pm (UTC)1. I think I can, really. I mean...there isn't really any excuse for him killing the younglings (the Separatists, on the other hand...slightly more understandable. Emphasis on "slightly") or what happened to Padme (I mean Jesus), but I can understand why he did the things he did. I'm mostly going by the REVENGE OF THE SITH novelization here (my personal head canon. :): some people I know sort of wrote it off as Anakin throwing everything away over "a few bad dreams", but it was more than that, I think. It was the pressures of war getting to him, fears of losing those he loved, and the fear that he'd never, ever be quite good enough (and neither Palpatine nor the Jedi Council really helped. :/). It's...hard to explain, so I think I'll link you. :)

(Bit of a warning: I kind of wrote this after a pretty exhausting Saturday morning, and...it kinda shows)
2. Well, it's pretty complicated. On the one hand, I can understand why they cut back on her role a bit as the movies progressed (they thought that making her an Action Girl would be...pretty demeaning to what she was doing. :/), but on the other hand...I definitely would have liked to see her kicking ass and taking names at Helm's Deep. They shouldn't have changed the direction she was going in just because some ignorant fans complained.
3. It's not that I don't want to, per se, it's just that I don't have...time. #Should really write it though. That, and I doubt I could do the show justice by a long road. XD

5. Writing, of course! :D That, and playing KNIGHTS OF THE OLD REPUBLIC games. They're awesome. :)

Date: 2011-07-27 07:31 pm (UTC)I've always wanted to be a comic book artist, but if university's taught me anything it's that I don't want to do art full-time! I need a day job.
I grew up in a house that was well-heated during winter, but this year for the first time I've really appreciated the warmer weather that comes with spring. I think autumn and spring are both favourites for me, but the seasons tend to blend into one over here a lot(!)
Lately I've been writing fragmentary stories, scripts for comics, fanfic things, unfinished stuff. I've come to find writing kind of embarrassing (like hearing your own voice on an answering machine and thinking "ugh!"). I try not to write too much if I'm posting art and let the pictures do the talking but I always feel the need to explain myself some level. I write letters to friends. Oh! and I'm supposed to be writing some articles for an indie 'zine soon. Speaking of which, we could totally include a short stories feature in said 'zine if you wanted to send any of your writing..? That would be cool.
Absolutely! That's something I believe in quite strongly. I'm kind of a story vampire, stories are my lifeblood - it doesn't matter whether they're written, or drawn, or animated, or acted. Online I see a lot of writers and artists who put loads of creative energy into fanworks of some kind or another, and I'm always fascinated when you catch a glimpse of their own original work - which they're often a lot less confident about -and you realise people have whole universes inside them, stories they could tell. That's when stuff starts to get interesting.
Probably both? Haha. Unless you mean in a gay way, as your speculations here seem to suggest! Can't say it ever really occurred to me. I just looked up "dub-con". What.
