yukinoomoni: (Eh?)

I've been having problems with my cellphone lately, and for no reason! I get texts, like, three days after they're sent to me, and for some reason after only a day or two, my battery dies!

I don't know why; this has never happened before! So it's either time to get rid of my cellphone forever or see if I can get a new one that is simple and not full of too much shit that would give me Crackberry disease.

So annoying. I actually really like my phone. I don't get why this is happening now after a year or two of flawless performance. Maybe the fact that my dad was its previous owner has something to do with it...

It's probably about five years old. I should think it wouldn't die so soon just because of only five years!

Where would I even find a battery replacement?

Five years is pretty long in terms of mobile devices. iPad 2 was announced about a year after the iPad.

We could check Futureshop, Radioshack, even that little cell phone kiosk inside Meadowvale Town Centre.

I could do that today. I was talking with Jake (see below) and I'm also going to see if they sell pagers at Wind.

A pager? Are you sure about that? It'd be like people being able to call/bug you but you not being able to do anything about it till you get to a phone.

I dunno. I just find it better than dealing with cellphone shit. It's so expensive.

Most companies give their equipment a 5 year life expectancy. HP printers are considered obsolete after 5 years. So basically if someone calls us and its 5+ years old, we can't actually help them. Its like, "oh its 5 years old? well no wonder its not working!"

The stuff my company makes has a 25-year warranty. And we support it for lots longer than that.
