Korra 1.07

So...Lin is awesome. When she fucking earthbent like Toph, I am not ashamed to admit that I shrieked in joy. And now that she's going to be an awesome "outside the law" vigilante... I am excite. Also I am SO GLAD to see a rockin' grey-haired woman. FINALLY.

And Asami. Asami. Fuck, I love that girl. Oh man. Poor girl, but man. LOVE.

And Korra~ I love how she directs Mako to comfort Asami like that. Aw, Korra, you're awesome.

AND Korra and Asami: the girlmance that the show needs. I LOVED the scene with the racecars, and Korra admitting to being an assuming jerk (LIKE THE REST OF THE FANDOM, NO?).

I someday hope that Bryan and Mike release a series of comics chronicling the lives of the first Team Avatar's kids, because, damn. I'm dying to know.

My expectations were high for this show, but they've been met and exceeded.

LIN LEARNED FROM MOMMY. I seriously screamed at that part.

I'm really hoping for more Girlmance. And also for Mako to Kinda stay with Asami. I know the show is probably going to end with him being with Korra... But I really don't want Asami to be hurt.

So, I agree with you when it comes to Asami and Mako, I find. I also feel that it would be a shame for Asami to be hurt. I actually wonder if the show will end with Korra/BoLin or Korra/No one, especially since Bryan and Mike usually cheer for the underdog when it comes to shipping. It took forever for Aang and Katara to get together - I often wonder if there will be a similar coupling for Korra, if at all.

I have no doubt that it will be resolved by the end of the first book, since there was only supposed to be one book to begin with. Or maybe they rewrote them? I dunno!

I'd find Korra/Bolin fun and I kinda ship Korra/Tahno (i,m a baaad person). I'd like to see a girl without a love interest but that totally won't happen because american tv is silly.
